At this time alcoholic beverages are not allowed in or around the clubhouse area due to insurance liabilities. The Board of Directors is communicating with the attorneys to find out if it is in the community's best interest to change our current insurance coverages, or to leave well enough alone.

To obtain a Recreation Center key, you must have a completed Resident Access Form on file, and you must also be current on your monthly assessment and special assessment dues. After that, bring to the Property Manager's office a signed copy of the Clubhouse Rules document and a check for $35 to receive your key. Renters must have the Clubhouse Rules document signed by the property owner, along with a check from the property owner to obtain a key.
