At the annual election meeting, chaired by Debra Ross, in a landslide victory all 5 previous board members were re-elected for another year. Congratulations goes out to them, and a thank you to everyone who participated in the event. There was no other business held. |

The Board of Directors held their regularly scheduled monthly workshop meeting and discussed the following:
The Board of Directors announced that all 5 members will run for re-election at the upcoming annual meeting on June 26th. This should provide for quite a few names to choose from on the ballots. Please remember it is critical that you submit your ballot either in person or by proxy to ensure that enough votes are collected for a proper election.
Vice President Fred DiSisto will oversee the Tot Lot project. He will be investigating resources to find the most cost effective materials and methods, and also organizing fund drives to help raise money for this project.
The BOD is still working on a solution to our sprinkler dilemma to get us the most water out of the limited time frame we have to work with. President Hugh Healy is working with the SFWMD to accomplish this goal.
The new gate and fence improvements for the clubhouse and tot lot areas are almost complete.
The new volleyball court should be completed by the end of the month.
The BOD voted to change the cost of a replacement Pool/Fitness Center key from $150 to $100. The key carries an initial one-time cost of $35 and can be obtained at the Property Manager's office during normal business hours.
Lawn Maintenance Alert - If your home receives 3 straight lawn maintenance violations you will automatically be enrolled in the Lawn Maintenance program as provided by the Association. |

The Board of Directors held their regular monthly meeting and discussed the following:
The annual meeting for the Board of Directors election will be held on June 26th at 7pm in the clubhouse. The candidate forms will be mailed out the week of May 19th. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please have your completed candidate form returned to Bayshore Management by June 6th.
The Board of Directors announced that Anthony Purificato is the new Property Manager effective immediately.
Beginning tomorrow our maintenance team will begin a systematic check of all sprinklers throughout the property. If your sprinklers need serviced please contact the Property Manager to schedule repairs. The cost for repairs remain the responsibility of the homeowner. All fees collected will go into the community's assessment fund.
A survey was done by a homeowner to gain interest in having a Tot Lot built for our younger residents. A total of 71 signatures were collected and presented to the Board of Directors for review. The Board will investigate prices for approved equipment to see if this will fit into our annual budget.
South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) has announced that water restrictions allow us 2 watering days per week, Mondays & Thursdays. Due to time limitations not allowing a full watering for every property in a single day, it was recommended that our sprinkler system water twice a day on the designated days. Your sprinklers should come on for approximately 10 minutes at a time, twice a day every Monday & Thursday, once in the early evening and again in the very early morning hours. |
